We work from home in our private residence so you will not be looking for a shop front. We are accessible by paid for appointment only.

We aim to make it super easy to book Fittings, Consultations & Doorstep Collections on our website but if you have any queries on our local services or when browsing our shop our best way to be contacted is to click on the blue symbol to send us a message via Facebook or by email as we can easily answer these while multitasking or out and about.

If you call we will do our best to answer but this is not always possible so please be prepared to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you when we can.

​We do not spend our time sat at a desk 'at work' so when you call it may be noisy in the background or we may not be able to answer if we are seeing a client face to face, off on a school or post office run, looking after the 3 year old, or doing other life stuff.

How to find us

We are easy to reach from the centre of Leicester or train station on Arriva bus routes 49/A/B, 48 or 44/A. Ask for the Overdale Road stop and our house is a short distance walk. 

When driving, we are just off the ring road in the south of Leicester. We have a brown-framed porch and you will see our logo on the porch window as you come closer. We can help you with access if needed should you be a wheelchair user or to get a pram inside, as access involves a wide step and entering the porch. Note our one toilet is upstairs. There are chairs to sit on if there is a wait and toys for your little ones. You may feed your baby and change nappies as required.

There is space for parking either in front of our house or nearby on Westgate Road. Elsewhere on the main roads themselves there is no parking. Please be considerate of our neighbours and do not block other driveways.
